SYSTEM INTRODUCTION

     According to the related stipulation NB GROUP has established well organized department and strict quality systems. Departments are clear about the responsibilities (picture to demonstrate organization flow). There are special equipments and separate workshops for manufacturing procedure, like tanks for materials, district for the packing material . Also our employees are well trained. People get their jobs after training. Equipped with advanced testing devices—GC，HPLC，MOISTURE QUICK INSPECTION MACHINE，PRECESION AIDS，MICROSCOPE，in addition to well-trained employee , Quality Control Department made strictly inspection on every step to make sure high-quality products. Documents we compiled and executed complying with HACCP, SSOP and quality control handbooks have been proving effective.

TRACEABILITY SYSTEM

    
     We constitute the product’s mark procedure, the product name , style, lot No. Manufacturing date are all showed in the packing, we also have the selling products record, If there’s any problem in the products , we can recall by the record, the recalled products will be separated 、evalued  and treated according the disqualified products treatment procedure. By this traceability system , we can trace back to the raw material.

HACCP SYSTEM

     
     HACCP  SYSTEM : We constitute the SSOP which for controlling the safety of water using、safety of the touched product surface、avoiding the cross pollution、avoiding the adulteration 、staff healthy、hazard chemical control、hands cleaning and sanitation、pest control. We establish the HACCP based on the SSOP、the equipment maintenance procedure and staff training. After conducted hazard analysis, we confirmed the material check and accept 、reaction and drying as CCP points.
