On July 3, NB Group invited Cui Chengdong from Influential Training& Education Group to illustrate “how to build execution culture”, general manager Hao Changming, together with the management staff of NB Group and part of the staff participated the training.

    In order to build the execution culture, we should take the staff as foundation, the middle-level staff as the key and the high level management staff as core and direction instructor. All management staff should understand the implementation comprehensively and analyse the lack and shortness on the aspect of execution. Execution is not a word on the lips, we require the management staffs to interact with each other through concrete action and discover the questions, then correct the wrong behaviors and try the best to build the execution culture.
