    This product is a white crystalline granule or crystalline powder, packed in a polyethylene inner bag blown films with polyethylene woven bags outside. Gly is a feed grade additive made by glycine, which is obtained by industrial grade glycine monochloroacetic acid ammoniation process, through being dissolved by purified water-soluble amino acid, activated charcoal discoloration, membrane filtration, concentration and crystallization, centrifugation, drying process etc..

Description

    This product can be used as flavoring agents and sweeteners in alcohol-containing beverages in conjunction with DL-alanine and others, as corrigent and buffering agents in synthetic wine and excellent feed, as additive in salted pickles, sweet sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and juice to improve food flavor, taste, keep the original flavor and provide a sweet resource, etc., as aseptic in surimi products and peanut butter to inhibit the propagation of B. subtilis and E. coli. The product has a dampening effect on the taste of alt and vinegar flavor through the roles of its amino and carboxyl. This product is also used as phagostimulant(attractant) in feed additives, as bitter agent in food brewing, meat processing, formula of soft drink and saccharin sodium salt, as stabilizer in butter, cheese, margarine, instant noodles, wheat flour and lard and used in food processing for stabilizing vitamin C. There is 10% glycine in the ingredients of monosodium glutamate, playing an important role in aczoiling.
